NC Fried Chicken
The “new south” as it’s often referred to is a prime destination for southern style food. Check out Price’s Chicken Coop for southern fried chicken. They are also purveyors of chicken gizzards, fish & shrimp, and hush puppies. This is the kind of place where you need cash and lots of napkins. Don’t forget the tartar sauce…
Fine and Fancy Eats
If you’re looking for a classier experience than finger-lickin’ fried chicken, might we suggest the Fig Tree for Charlotte cuisine at its finest. Escargots, foie gras, and octopus are just a few of the delectable menu items you can sample.
