Dr. Mike Smith graduated from the University of Louisville School of Dentistry and then pursued an extensive post-graduate education in dental rehabilitation in the field of occlusion, full mouth rehabilitation, TMJ disorders, sleep apnea, and conscious sedation. His private practice in Phoenix, Arizona is dedicated to aesthetic, contemporary, restorative, and cosmetic rehabilitation.

Dr. Smith instructs other dentists nationally and internationally as a lecturer and mentor for companies involved in advanced dental treatment and diagnosis in TMD, full mouth reconstruction, and implants. He is actively involved in numerous organizations and associations dedicated to the pursuit of providing patients with extraordinary care.

Drew Carrell

Clinical Faculty

Dr. Drew Carrell received his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the University of Iowa where he served as class President all four years. Since graduation, Dr. Drew has taken extensive continuing education courses in Occlusion, Sleep Disordered Breathing, Implant Dentistry, Endodontics, Oral Surgery, Restorative and Cosmetic Dentistry. Dr. Carrell has been an active member of the Minnesota Academy of Comprehensive Dentistry for over 10 years and a board member for the last 5 years. Dr. Drew served as the President of the Minnesota Academy of Comprehensive Dentistry from 2017-2018 and is currently the Secretary. Dr. Carrell is also a member of the Minnesota Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry, the International Team of Implantology, the American Academy of Clear Aligners, the American Dental Association, and Minnesota Dental Association. American Academy of Dental Sleep Medicine. He is in the process of obtaining Fellowship in the Academy of General Dentistry.

As the owner of Lakeview Family Dentistry, Dr. Carrell maintains a full-time private practice with an emphasis on the treatment of Sleep Breathing Disorders, TMD, complex implant restorations and functionally driven full mouth rehabilitation.

Dr. Carrell is committed to continuing education and mentorship in dentistry. Dr. Carrell is grateful to introduce dentists to the CMS philosophy and to help peers see the potential they have to practice dentistry at the highest level.
